## Job description

岗位职责 （一）非车产品经理（1人）
- 业务政策宣导、新产品培训，渠道产品需求调研。
- 非车营销方案及荣誉体系制定、兑现，沙龙经验分享；合家欢、518等节点营销及氛围营造。
- 代理人投诉、理赔异议、方案政策等答疑处理，系统功能培训及问题需求调研。
- 产寿联合对问题机构联合检视帮扶；上级领导安排的其他相关工作。 二）团非产品经理（1人）
- 团非政策宣导、新产品培训，渠道产品需求调研；营销方案及荣誉体系制定、沙龙组织、经验分享；与团财前置核保协作，推动绩优专员、代理人提升产能。
- 大项目陪同展业、招投标支持、方案洽谈、录单指引，并指导三级机构的团非相关工作开展，问题机构联合检视帮扶。
- 代理人投诉、理赔异议、方案政策等答疑处理，系统功能培训。
- 上级领导安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 掌握保险专业知识，了解公司业务运作体系。
- 具备良好的数据挖掘及数据运用能力。
- 具有较强的沟通组织协调能力和完成任务的意识，以及较强的文案编写能力。
