## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过圈子经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合，经营寿险等重点客群，推动 AUM 和LUM业务；
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷队伍，共同协助寿险重客服务好客户；
- 做好寿险客群的银行服务，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备1年金融行业从业经验或熟悉寿险客群者优先；
- 具有较强的亲和力、沟通能力、学习能力及敏锐的观察力。
