## Job description

岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责健康管理类产品全生命周期考核，识别产品风险点并制定针对性防控措施，保障产品质量与安全。
- 统筹健康管理类产品法律合规管理工作，确保产品设计、运营全流程符合行业规范及相关法律法规要求。
- 参与健康管理类产品设计与营销环节的质量把控，结合评估分析结果提出产品迭代与营销优化方案。 任职资格 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，护理学、康复治疗学、教育学、公共卫生（统计学方向）等相关专业优先。
- 具备医疗、卫生健康、质量管控、患者安全或医院评审相关工作经验，有评估分析、质量管控体系建设实践经历。
- 熟悉健康管理行业规范及相关法律法规，具备产品合规风险识别与管控能力。
- 具备系统化思维与严谨的工作作风，能独立开展产品评估、人员评估及体系搭建工作。
- 跨专业背景且在健康管理、质量保障领域长期深耕者，可适当放宽专业限制。
