## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分公司团体直销业务的拓展与管理，完成年度销售目标；
- 开发并维护企业客户资源，挖掘客户需求，定制团体健康保险+医健解决方案；
- 跟进业务全流程，包括客户洽谈、方案设计、报价、签约及后续服务支持。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上保险行业销售经验，具备团体保险或企业客户资源者优先。
