## Job description

岗位职责
- 社群运营制定策略及实施，把控社群活动运营、内容运营、用户运营的整体方向；
- 负责社群日常运营，通过策划各类活动、内容，提升社群成员活跃度与粘性
- 定期监控运营数据，通过对社群数据及成员反馈信息的分析、处理，优化、提升社群运营效率
- 分析市场现状，及时了解竞品活动动向及数据，并进行针对性跟进和优化 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，至少有1-3年社群运营工作经验。
- 具备领悟融会、沟通协作的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、专注聚焦、抗压耐力的性格。
- 了解互联网行业，有新媒体使用或社群运营经验。
- 优秀的文案功底。
- 熟练使用PPT、EXCEL等办公软件，有一定数据分析处理能力。

### 加分项
- 报告能力优秀、图文设计能力优秀、视频制作能力良好、直播能力及履历良好等社群运营相关技能。
