## Job description

岗位职责
- 现有平安寿险及其他销售渠道的维护；新产品的宣导和推广；
- 对寿险代理人、寿险综拓专员进行各类产品培训、展业辅导；
- 对负责渠道进行日常沟通、业务有效追踪、关系维护等；
- 新保、重投服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理 ；
- 微信群经营、各类线上平台运维、以及各类方案的制作和追踪。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历优先；
- 有寿险、健康险公司营销部、督导、组训等工作经验的优先；
- 保险理论知识扎实，具有一定的数据分析能力，语言表达、沟通协调能力。
