## Job description

岗位职责 "1-负责集团及下属医疗机构医用耗材集采工作，包括医用耗材遴选、品规优化、产品寻源、商业谈判、合同签订等； 2-负责制定并优化集团耗材管理相关制度与流程； 3-需根据国家及地方医用耗材管理新规（例如带量采购等），调整集团及下属医疗机构医用耗材管理相关制度及流程； 4-负责集团与下属医疗机构的耗材采购、使用与管理等相关事项的协调； 5-推动集团及下属医疗机构耗材临床试验与相关科研合作； 6-培养和带领耗材团队，完成供应链公司耗材组织建设； 7-提高集团及下属医疗机构耗材管理能力及学术地位； 8-完成上级领导交办的其他工作。" 任职资格 "1-医学、生物医学工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2-10年以上耗材管理经验，3年以上耗材集采经验； 3-精通耗材相关法律法规，能根据最新政策调整管理策略；熟悉耗材生产企业、耗材流通企业和医院等耗材使用全链条管理内容； 4-有完整的耗材集采项目经验（集采规模超1亿元/年），能独立带领团队完成耗材集采任务； 5-具有较高的领导能力，能团结和领导团队完成组织目标，有带领超过10人团队的经验； 6-具有高度的责任心，对团队的绩效目标负责； 7-具有耗材临床试验与科研相关资源与经验者优先 "
