## Job description

岗位职责 1．负责复杂产品推动，对分行私钻客群需求的大类产品推动指标负责。在总行产品策略指引下制定分行产品推动策略。 2．推动队伍从单一产品销售向从客户视角出发的资产配置转型，发挥产品顾问“专科医生”、投资顾问“全科医生”联动效能，推动私钻客户产品渗透率、财富健康度提升。 3．研究分行本地私钻客群和主要渠道产品需求、搜集同业市场产品信息，与总行产品、推动、投顾团队对接和及时反馈。 4．承担当地分行产品中台角色，推动投研、投顾、投后服务在分行落地，统筹负责分行产品培训。 任职资格 1．本科及以上学历，经济管理类相关专业优先。 2．具备3-5年投资理财岗位工作经验，熟知各类金融产品，包括公私募基金、股权、信托产品、保险等，有营销经验，或国内头部财富管理机构（含银行、信托等）管理经验者优先。 3．拥有丰富的产品规划、推动经验，在产品推动方面的有成功案例，有项目管理(PMO)经验，持有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先。

4．追求卓越，具有商业敏感性，沟通协调能力强，遵纪守法，遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良记录。
