## Job description

岗位职责
- 维护并拓展客户关系，提升客户粘度，提供定制化金融服务。
- 推广存贷款、理财等金融产品，达成组织下达的业绩目标。
- 分析和防范业务风险，配合反洗钱等第一道防线工作。
- 完成组织交办的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具有2年以上相关工作经验，业务资源丰富者优先。
- 具备较强的市场营销能力和综合金融意识。
- 具备良好的职业道德，诚实守信，严格遵守银行业法律法规，无违规违纪及不良从业记录。
