## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据相关法律法规及总行催收政策，制定完善年度贷后催收工作计划，细化审核及操作流程，并高效实施；
- 负责对不同风险程度的逾期客户开展电话催收或其他外访工作，记录催收结果并及时跟踪后续情况；
- 完成部门下达的催收回款指标，使应收账款控制在定额范围内；
- 根据贷中和贷后发现的问题，归类汇总，协助进行逾期数据分析 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，2年以上银行信贷工作经验或1年以上个人信贷管理工作经验；
- 具较强的执行能力;对风险、合规等方面有- -定经验;有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力;
- 熟练运用风险计量、分析评估等相关风险管理工具等
