## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓和维护私钻高净值客户群体，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收，提高客户忠诚度；
- 不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为其提高个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 协同各部门开展客户沙龙与各项营销推广活动，开发拓展新客群。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2、2年及以上金融行业从业经验。具有私行理财经理、保险营销经历者优先； 3、熟悉保险产品，服务营销能力强，具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强，过往业绩表现优秀； 4、持有AFP/CFP理财专业证书、国际保险专业证照优先，曾获得TOT/COT/MDRT/IDA荣誉优先；
