## Job description

岗位职责
- 基于HR数据（招聘、绩效、人员异动等），搭建分析模型，支持人才战略决策；
- 设计并落地数据看板（帆软BI/Power BI/Tableau），监控人力核心指标（如人均效能、离职率）；
- 通过数据挖掘与机器学习（如Python/R），构建预测模型（如员工流失预警、成本执行预警）；
- 与HRBP协作，分析业务部门人力需求，优化招聘渠道、薪酬结构等方案； 任职资格 1、2年以上HR工作经验或1年以上数据分析经验，熟悉HR六大模块； 2、熟练使用SQL、Python/R、Excel（Power Query/Pivot）进行数据处理，熟悉帆软BI或Power BI优先； 3、本科及以上学历，统计学、经济学、数学专业，能输出可视化分析报告； 4、 具备业务解读能力，能将HR问题转化为数据问题。
