## Job description

岗位职责 1．对中心管户范围内的客户经营业绩负责，贯彻总行下达的业务发展计划和目标，分解和制定具体的达成计划，完成年度经营目标； 2．积极研究和贯彻总行业务模式，执行总行的各项政策、制度，制定本中心具体的落地方案； 3．负责中心团队业务人员队伍的组建、管理，合规经营，防范风险，提升团队执行力、凝聚力和战斗力； 4．积极研究和贯彻总行客户分层经营业务模式，制定和推动实施本分行内的客户分层经营计划； 5．执行总行的各项政策、制度，制定本中心具体的落地方案。 任职资格

### 学历
- 全日制本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 金融业营销经验6年及以上，团队管理经验3年以上，过往业绩表现良好，无违规违纪行为；

### 专业能力
- 在销售管理、营销领域具有丰富经验，了解熟悉各类型产品；有一线销售经验，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；

### 素质要求
- 追求卓越、勇于挑战、抗压力强；系统思维、目标导向；激励、培养和领导能力；纪律及合规意识强。
