## Job description

岗位职责

### 市场开拓与销售
- a.

### 负责市场开拓

政保业务经理需要积极寻找并开拓新的政府保险业务市场，了解政府部门的保险需求，制定相应的市场拓展策略。 b.

### 销售与签约

进行商务谈判，签订保险合同，并确保销售目标的达成。

### 客户关系管理
- 与客户保持密切联系，了解客户的保险需求变化，提供优质的售后服务，以维护良好的客户关系。
- 内部协作与沟通 a.

### 跨部门协作

与产品开发、客户服务、财务等部门保持密切沟通，确保业务流程的顺畅进行。 b.

### 向上级汇报工作

定期向上级领导汇报工作进展、市场情况等信息，为公司的战略调整提供参考。 任职资格

### 工作经验
- 有门特慢、长护、惠民保等业务销售经验优先；

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，具有保险、金融、经济、管理等相关专业优先；

### 专业能力
- 具备较强的市场分析、风险评估和项目管理能力，能够准确判断政保业务的市场需求和发展趋势。精通保险产品知识，能够为客户提供专业的保险咨询和方案设计服务；

### 沟通协调能力
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与政府部门、客户及公司内部各部门建立有效的沟通机制。能够妥善处理业务过程中的各种问题和纠纷，确保业务顺利进行；

### 创新能力
- 具备创新思维和敏锐的市场洞察力，能够不断探索新的业务模式和市场机会，推动政保业务的创新发展。
