## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与授信业务的贷前核查，并出具独立的风险核查报告；
- 指导经营团队在授信放款前有效落实授信审批条件，必要时履行放款前风险核查工作，以及面签、核保工作；
- 督导对公客户经理开展各项日常贷后与定期监测预警工作，组织开展各类风险排查工作；
- 做好日常数据统计报表工作，撰写各类工作报告；
- 落实和履行其他风险管理工作职责；
- 领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，学士及以上学位；
- 具有3年以上银行信贷业务工作经验或风险经理工作经验，熟悉银行信贷工作或风险管理相关工作，具有良好的风险识别及防控意识；
- 无违规违纪行为，无不良从业记录，合规意识强，有良好的推动执行和沟通协调能力、责任心和抗压能力强；
- 具备银行同类岗位工作经验者优先。
