## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责体检销售、代理商业务开展的管理、推动及相关政策的实施与执行；
- 统筹推进落实区域检测中心体检直销业务指标达成，包括目标分解、达成路径制定、计划与过程管理；
- 负责统筹制定针对体检直销产品的销售工具包，对销售行为进行督导及规范；
- 负责体检直销招投标项目的赋能和辅导，招投标资料库更新；
- 针对体检直销产品定期进行市场调研、竞品分析，输出分析报告；
- 全国体检直销案例收集，萃取销售经验并分享，实现全国复制； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，年龄40岁左右，条件优秀者可适当放宽；拥有大型体检项目营销推动和招投标经验，体检行业优先；
- 五年以上同业体检总部业务管理经验，具备爱康慈铭美年总部经验或者全国连锁型机构总部销售管理经验者优先；有行业客户解决方案经验者优先。
- 勤奋敬业、善于沟通；具备强烈的成就欲望，极强的目标感、主动性，性格坚韧，有事业心，抗压能力强。
- 有专家资源、政府资源者优先；有高客行业人脉渠道资源者优先。
