## Job description

岗位职责 （一）协助客户准备投保材料、保费数据核对及结算。 （二）开展中介机构的有关培训和辅导，确保中介机构方对产品、系统操作等认识，提升中介机构开拓平安相关团体业务的技能。 （三）协助解决各渠道投诉等问题。 （四）负责渠道关系维护和业绩平台提升。 任职资格 （一）具备较好的语言表达、沟通协调和公关能力； （二）有服务工作经验者优先考虑。
