## Job description

岗位职责 依托银行内、外部渠道批量获取优质客户；综合化拓展代发及公私联动业务、开放银行平台项目、收单商户业务等；提升客户满意度，配合零售发展战略落实大众客群经营，客户输送，提升客户AUM、存款、贷款、中收等工作。

### 具体包括
- 拓展代发业务，确保代发业务各项指标达成，并做好代发企业的营销服务工作；
- 拓展收单商户，包括POS和移动支付收单商户，并做好商户的维护和营销服务工作；
- 通过其他各种渠道全面拓展零售业务，如信用卡、支付结算、零售贷款、客户经营及提升等；
- 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融、经济类相关专业优先；

### 从业经历
- 1年以上市场营销或业务拓展经验，能够独立负责客户挖掘、开拓和维护工作，有金融行业拓客经营工作经验者优先考虑；

### 资质要求
- 具备企业客户资源（如商会、产业链核心企业、政府单位、产业园、SAAS厂商、人资公司、连锁品牌等），能快速撬动批量业务合作； 熟悉银行零售产品（代发、收单、信用卡等）业务流程及风险要点；

### 其他要求
- 精通商务谈判、方案策划及客户关系管理，有较强的沟通协调能力、执行能力和良好的服务意识等。
