## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责指导医疗风控产品运营、日常需求调研、政策收集工作、及产品运营效力提升。
- 基于公司产品，负责整理及指导医药信息对码、审核规则等标准化流程制定。
- 负责优化医疗风控产品的人工审核流程、审核规则调整及出具审核报告。
- 负责对区域医疗审核岗相关培训、指导工作。
- 负责跨项目、跨区域集中作业模式管理，不断提升审核人员专业能力，降本增效。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上,临床医学专业或药学等相关专业背景。
- 具有临床医疗、医保等相关工作经验，对医保政策熟悉，有医疗机构临床或管理、或同行业审核分析经验者优先。
- 具有临床规则及病例审核经验，熟悉医保政策，具备一定临床知识及数据分析能力，并能熟练使用office软件。
- 项目管理能力，沟通协调能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力。
