## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责我行个贷业务（新一贷、抵押贷款、个人按揭贷款、个人消费贷款等）的拓展及发放；
- 负责我行个贷客户的业务咨询及办理；
- 负责为客户提供优质的贷前服务，回收贷款和控制贷款风险；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2、1-5年个贷客户经理工作经验，过往业绩较好，累积较好的资源； 3、具备良好的沟通协调、抗压能力； 4、较好的纪律及风控合规意识，过往无违法违规违纪等特殊情形。
