## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责内蒙分公司的人力资源规划与预算管理，制定并执行相关计划；
- 负责分公司招聘、培训、绩效考核等人力资源管理工作，确保团队高效运作；
- 协调内外部资源，支持分公司筹建及运营工作；
- 负责分公司行政事务管理，确保日常运营顺畅。 任职资格
- 具备至少5年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验，熟悉人力规划与预算管理；
- 能够带领团队，具备较强的组织协调能力和领导力；
- 熟悉内蒙古地区人力资源市场，具备相关行业经验者优先；
- 具备良好的战略规划能力，能够独立负责分公司的人力资源体系搭建。
