## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责辖区内现场人伤查勘、定损，并完成系统内真实材料录入上传；
- 严格按照公司规定跟踪调查，核实人伤案件中各项给用的合理性；
- 协助处理理赔投诉和客户纠纷并及时将相关材料汇报上级领导； 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年医疗查勘岗工作经验，
