## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责辖区农险核赔工作，成本及品质管控，制定管控目标
- 理赔制度指引、流程、实务细则制定
- 负责辖区农险案件指导、理赔合规管理、业务操作规范性指导、开展业务检查 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，农学、数学、统计、金融类相关专业优先，具有理赔工作经验者优先
- 对灾害评估标准有判断能力，对赔付成本的组成有较强的理解能力
- 有较强的执行力、沟通能力，能适应短期出差
