## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责结合总分行战略规划，编制分行年度预算规划，进行条线及进度分解，并定期进行追踪；
- 负责实施分行考核追踪评价体系，按月计算考核结果，督促落后指标，促进全行预算目标的达成；
- 针对日常业务数据进行统计，负责分析行业、同业各类财务、业务信息的收集与整理，撰写分析报告，能从多维度进行分析，并提供分析结果，提出改善建议；
- 负责分行各个条线激励方案的审核、兑现及后续跟踪，不断优化资源配置；
- 负责分行各阶段经营效益与经营指标完成情况的预测工作；
- 领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格 1、大学专业财会、经济、金融、计算机、数学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、2-3年以上财务企划相关工作经验，熟悉金融行业政策、法规，具备良好的良好的文字功底及报告编撰能力，有良好的沟通能力； 3、自驱力强，工作责任心强、严谨认真；有良好的团队合作意识及服务意识，个性积极乐观，能适应变化，具备一定的承压能力。
