## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织、设计、实施项目2C营销方案；
- 熟悉操作电脑设施软件、有活动策划经验；
- C端的客户服务，投诉及咨询处理；
- 完成公司规定的各项考核指标及其他工作。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历；
- 在金融-保险、金融-银行、金融-基金/证券/投资、金融行业，有1-3年2C专员工作经验，有在世界500强、平安系、产险Top5、国内泛资管Top50任职经历优先。
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户关系管理、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户发展、共同资源类技能-人力资源-人力培训、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户服务、金融专业知识-保险类技能-保险理赔。
- 具备领悟融会、沟通协作、规划策划、创新变革的能力。
- 具备责任担当、专注聚焦、勤奋努力、主动挑战、危机意识、抗压耐力的性格。
