## Job description

岗位职责
- 绩效管理。负责管理团队，制定有效的业务计划，完成团队及个人业务指标，并通过督促与指导，不断提高团队业绩水平；
- 渠道开发。带领团队拓展渠道，维护与合作渠道、战略客户的关系；
- 零售经营及消费贷款业务初审。对需要个贷团队长审核的业务，初步审核个贷经理上报资料的完整性和真实性，提出初审意见；
- 团队建设与管理。寻找、吸引优秀人才，组建个贷队伍，并通过培训、目标及活动量管理等有效手段提升个贷经理的产能和服务水平、保持团队业务稳健发展；个贷团队长要定期召开早会（夕会）、周例会，检查和辅导个贷经理月度行事历、工作日志等的使用；
- 合法合规。建立团队内部有效的内控、监督方法，并有效执行；防范个贷经理道德风险，杜绝弄虚作假行为出现，提高个贷经理的诚信度；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3 年以上信贷业务经验或团队管理经验； 3、优秀的团队管理能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别和解决问题能力； 4、从业历史记录佳，经办的贷款质量良好； 5、有按揭楼盘、按揭业务等相关资源者优先。
