## Job description

岗位职责
- 为管户客户提供标准化的远程业务咨询、受理投诉与建议、基本业务办理指引等基础服务工作；
- 执行客户回访、客户关怀，为客户解决问题，转化客户需求等；
- 开展投资者教育，风险提示等适当性管理工作；
- 协助线上运营受理相关工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作内容。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有券商相关工作者优先
- 有证券从业资格
- 熟悉电脑办公软件
- 有较强的服务意识和问题处理能力，工作细心、负责、普通话标准
