## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品战略与路线图规划
- 负责AI Infra平台（涵盖模型训推一体平台、MaaS平台、智能体平台及ModelOps体系）的长期产品战略、迭代路线图及版本规划。深刻理解业务需求与技术趋势，定义产品核心价值与成功标准。

### 全生命周期产品管理
- 主导产品的落地，包括需求分析、PRD撰写、原型设计（Axure/Xmind等），协调算法、架构、运营等团队，确保核心功能的高质量交付与持续迭代 。

### 用户体验与价值实现
- 深入一线用户工作场景，挖掘痛点，通过产品优化持续提升平台的用户体验、易用性与工作效率。建立产品效果评估体系，驱动数据驱动的产品迭代。

### 跨团队协同
- 与AI Infra架构师、算法团队紧密协作，精准传递产品需求，协同技术方案设计，确保产品目标与技术实现、业务需求高效对齐。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，AI相关专业优先。

### 专业能力
- 熟练掌握产品调研及产品设计方法论，熟练使用Axure、Xmind等工具，能独立完成需求分析、原型设计及数据驱动决策 。了解AI算法相关原理，特别是大模型技术原理。能与算法/架构团队高效沟通技术方案。

### 工作经验
- 5年以上平台型或开发者工具类产品经验，至少3年专注于AI产品或者AI基础平台产品经验。具备AI Infra相关产品（如训练平台、推理服务、智能体平台、MLOps/modelops平台）从0到1的建设或主导经验者优先。

### 其他
- 具备强烈的平台化思维与抽象能力，能设计灵活、可扩展的产品架构以应对多样化的用户场景。强烈的自驱力、责任心和结果导向，能适应技术快速迭代的环境。
