## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织推动经营单位交易银行各项业务的推广和发展;

### 参与经营单位的客户营销，负责设计交易银行服务方案，并推动方案的落地实施
- 分析行业信息、市场动态，有效识别市场风险，优化业务模式并加以推广;参与新产品的开发与管理工作;
- 能独立对客户经理进行产品培训。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，具有三年以上工作经验，经济、金融、会计、计算机应用等相关专业优先;
- 对待工作态度积极，性格开朗，具有较好的营销能力；
- 具备良好的综合分析、风险识别、沟通、书面及口头表达、创新和学习能力;
- 有良好的职业道德、敬业精神和服务意识，无不良从业纪录。
