## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责带领团队开展普惠产品营销，达成团队的经营目标；
- 负责下辖团队的管理及队伍搭建，实现团队的良性发展；
- 负责维护客户，为客户提供优质的贷前、贷中及贷后服务工作；
- 认真执行相关政策和制度流程，防范风险，保护客户及我行资金安全 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2、丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理 及组织能力。 3、3 年及以上营销经验，丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉 各种金融产品及相关业务
