## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与银行内 DevOps 生态体系的建设；
- 负责行内基础工具系统的架构设计及研发工作；
- 参与构建监控告警平台、应急处理平台、CMDB、ITIL等系统的研发；
- 共同构建自动化运维和智能化运维的工具体系； 任职资格
- 熟练使用Python或Golang开发语言，具备良好的编程基础；
- 熟练掌握HTTP协议，了解RPC、TCP/IP协议；
- 了解分布式、高并发及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；
- 了解一定的算法与数据结构的相关基础知识；
- 具备面向对象分析、设计、编程的思维方式与编码风格；
- 具备严谨的工作态度，思路清晰，业务敏感，执行力强；
- 拥有高负载、高并发开发设计经验或熟练运用面向对象设计原则，设计模式优先；
