## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护分行私行客户，建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加私行客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品；
- 全方面满足客户需求，以资产配置方式，通过精准KYC向客户推荐合适的产品，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 从事理财投资、理财经理5年以上工作经验，有私行理财经验者优先;

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；

### 素质要求
- 追求卓越、具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强，遵纪守法、合规意识强；

### 工作地点
- 青岛、烟台、威海、日照。
