## Job description

岗位职责 1 负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责销售指标品质 2 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通 3 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护 4 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，本科优先
- 融类专业学习经验；有1-2年销售经验的优先考虑。
- 市场营销、电子商务、保险等相关专业
- 思维敏捷、沟通能力强
