## Job description

岗位职责
- 新车商拓展及已有车商业务的维护与深度拓展；
- 对所辖车商各项指标达成负责；
- 所辖车商的营销激励活动的策划和实施；
- 车商信息收集统计，承保、理赔数据统计分析；
- 费用处理、赔案协调处理、推修沟通培训等；
- 所辖车商续保模式沟通、服务资源整合洽谈、系统推广应用等；
- 专业团队客户经理的岗位职责需结合团队定位及具体工作分工进行细化制定；
- 上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格 1.全日制大专及以上学历； 2.1-3年车商中级销售经理工作经验；
