## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面主持本部门的日常管理工作；
- 负责推动分行零售业务部门业务规划指标的完成；
- 负责推动分行各项零售业务部门产品的实施 ；
- 负责组织协调分行内部、分行之间、总行及外部机构平台的关系；
- 负责人员培训和团队提升工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，经济金融管理类相关专业毕业； 2、5年及以上银行零售业务营销工作经验和2年及以上零售业务管理经验，具有良好的营销团队组建和综合管理能力； 3、具备全面的经济金融专业知识，具有较强的团队管理能力和组织协调能力； 4、有良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
