## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面管理机构新契约业务，追踪管理契约相关指标及日常工作；
- 保险合同类问题件的打印、下发、接受、扫描；
- 保单、直结服务卡的接收、发放、回销；
- 新契约回访管理，负责回访不成功件跟踪沟通；
- 负责契约单证管理工作，包含单证征订、入库、领用、盘点、销毁等；
- 负责新契约业务档案归档工作；
- 收集销售线问题，与总部、IT保持日常沟通，完善新契约业务流程及规则。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，医学/保险/法学专业背景或有同业客户服务工作经验者优先；
- 具备较强的沟通能力，熟练使用办公软件，学习及动手能力强；
- 有较强的责任心。
