## Job description

### 岗位职责 在满足合规及风险管理要求的前提下，负责团队经营管理工作，主要职责包括但不限于以下
- 统筹所辖团队管户风险资产处置，制定团队处置措施。
- 负责团队各项指标的达成。
- 负责队伍建设、人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策等相关培训。
- 负责团队财务管理、业务处置、日常团队管理等方面的合规和案防工作。
- 负责团队日常经营中的消费者权益保护工作。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，法律、金融、经济等相关专业优先。 2、2年以上银行零售不良资产清收处置工作经验；或具有3年以上银行零售贷款业务工作经验；或具有律所、资产管理公司、司法系统工作经历。 3、熟悉国家经济金融政策、法律法规，具备良好的职业操守，有较强的执行力、沟通协调能力，目标导向、抗压性强。
