## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助银行网点开展保险产品销售，提供产品培训与销售支持。
- 与银行对口部门(如个金部、财富管理中心)保持沟通，协调业务推进。
- 组织并参与银行网点的营销活动、产品说明会等。
- 负责保险单证和合同日常管理。
- 汇总银保渠道的销售数据，分析销售趋势、渠道绩效，为管理层提供决策支持。
- 协助处理客户保单查询、信息变更、退保等基础服务，以及协调理赔、续期缴费提醒等售后服务支持。 任职资格
- 本科学历，金融、保险、经济、管理等相关专业优先。
- 有2年以上保险、银行或金融行业内勤工作经验者优先。有银保渠道支持经验者更佳。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与银行人员顺畅对接。团队协作精神。具备一定的抗压能力，能适应阶段性高强度工作。
