## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责证券线上平台的营销类功能产品设计、运营工具的产品化落地。
- 结合AUM净流入和交易市占率增长等目标，设计促活、促入金、促交易等场景的营销玩法与产品流程。
- 主导营销活动从需求立项、方案设计、跨部门协同（运营/技术/合规）到上线复盘的全流程管理。
- 与数据团队协作，搭建营销活动效果评估体系，通过AB测试、转化漏斗分析等方式优化产品策略。
- 持续跟踪行业创新玩法，探索AI、游戏化、社交裂变等新形态在证券营销中的应用。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网或金融行业产品经理经验，有运营型产品经验者优先。
- 熟悉证券业务基础逻辑，对客户生命周期运营、AUM提升、交易转化有深刻理解。
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维与项目推动力，能独立完成PRD撰写与需求评审。
- 熟练使用Axure、Sketch、飞书文档等工具，具备一定的数据分析能力。
- 持有证券从业资格证者优先。
