## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责睡眠监测及干预类健康服务设计，搭建标准化服务交付流程，适配中老年用户使用习惯，提升服务满意度
- 统筹睡眠管理项目落地，跨团队协作推进执行，撰写相关SOP、需求、制作培训资料，支撑一线团队开展服务
- 策划睡眠改善专题运营方案，监测用户数据，复盘服务效果并迭代优化流程
- 汇总分析运营数据，输出数据报告，识别服务问题，快速迭代 任职资格
- 互联网医疗 / 健康管理服务运营、服务设计经验，睡眠相关健康项目优先
- 熟悉失眠、睡眠呼吸问题居家干预服务，可独立设计睡眠监测、改善类服务流程
- 良好沟通协调、独立项目推进与问题解决能力
- 基础数据分析能力，敏锐捕捉老年健康市场需求
- 有睡眠设备配套服务落地经验优先
