## Job description

岗位职责
- 零售及小微信贷产品创新提供法律合规意见；
- 负责为零售及小微信贷经营管理活动提供法律合规咨询，向业务条线提供各类法律合规建议；
- 研究解读重要法律法规政策并提出应对建议；
- 审核、修订制度、格式和非格式合同等法律文书；
- 为业务部门提供法律宣导与培训工作；
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。 任职资格 1. 研究生及以上学历，法律相关教育背景；通过司法考试； 2. 3年以上的银行、律师事务所等工作经验，熟悉零售及小微信贷产品，具有金融机构法律合规工作经验者优先； 3. 具有较强的沟通协作能力、分析调研能力和团队合作意识；具有较强抗压能力者优先。
