## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的AUM、存款、客户数、营收负责，根据支行特点，制定达成业务目标的具体工作 计划。
- 统筹好柜员，理财经理的各项工作，提供基础服务，引导线下化；
- 配合好财富中心，私行中心，协助维大客户；
- 维护渠道关系，推动理财服务经理寿险业务同仁服务客户，辅导下属提升产能；
- 协助和处理客户投诉；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融行业，有1-3年相关岗位工作经验，有在金融同业任职经历优先。
- 担任战略与规划、现场销售、销售管理、项目管理，
- 熟悉金融通用知识-金融监管知识-银行业监管、金融通用知识-金融风险知识-金融风险管理、营销与销售技能-销售管理-大客户管理，
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、沟通协作、逻辑推理、商敏直觉、规划策划的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、主动挑战、抗压耐力、气量格局的性格。
