## Job description

岗位职责

### 人员管理
- 结合工作业务导向发展，协助分公司搭建各省会、地市州销售团队，追踪督导职场建设进度、销售团队业务发展；

### 作业管理
- 联动总公司，开展客户运营相关的销售条线新业务流程试点，集合线上运营工具（公司内部工具、微信、抖音等），优化现有工作流程，提升销售团队工作效率和人均产能；
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、财务、会计、管理学、数学、统计等相关专业，有保险行业从业经验优先。
- 逻辑思维能力强，数字敏感度高。
- 抗压性强，有独立做事的统筹规划能力，同时不乏团队合作精神。
