## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻执行国家有关金融法律法规政策和总、分行各项运营管理制度。
- 组织厅堂客户营销，不断总结营销方法，提升营销能力。
- 开展网点运营队伍的团队建设，以及总分行安排的各项工作。
- 负责网点日常培训管理，强化员工综合素质。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有3-5年南通分行厅堂主管工作经验，
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、规划策划的能力。
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、专注聚焦、勤奋努力、魄力决断的性格。
