## Job description

岗位职责
- 整体负责权限内协谈案件，确保案件处理的及时性及正确性;
- 负责对疑难案件、复杂案件的协谈处理，保证案件处理的专业性;
- 负责对理赔结论、客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释，使客户认同理赔结论，维护公司品牌形象;
- 能够通过对案件复核、分析、总结理赔实务中的各类问题，提出专业性的改进意见，维护公司理赔专业水平;
- 收集反馈业务处理中发现的理赔信息、系统运作及业务流程问题，提供对策依据. 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历,保险、医学专业尤佳; 2.1年以上理赔工作经验或1以上年保险协谈工作经验； 3.工作细心，有抗压能力和有责任心。
