## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责市场开拓。
- 策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动。
- 利用综合金融优势，做好客户关系维护，推动经营目标达成。
- 负责所辖团队专业知识及人才培养，产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具有5年以上银行工作经验，2年以上公司业务团队管理经验。
- 熟悉银行信贷业务和企业财务分析，具有较强的市场敏感度，优秀的业务拓展能力和沟通能力，无不良工作记录。
- 有较好的客户资源及公司业务落地经验，熟悉盐城市场，有业务资源者优先、有复杂投融经验者优先。
