## Job description

岗位职责 1．对授权范围内的核保件，进行风险评估与选择； 2．接受上级指导和培训，同时指导下级完成核保作业； 3．参与核保系统需求的研讨、开发与测试； 4．对核保相关作业规则、流程及核保规定提出合理化建议； 5．进行公司核保政策、风险控制和医学核保知识宣导； 6．监控承保质量，对承保数据进行统计分析； 7．对机构销售人员进行产品和风控技能培训； 8．核保临分件再保条件确认。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、保险学、精算专业等相关专业优先，年龄40岁以下。
- 在金融-保险行业，有5-10年核保项目相关经验。
- 细心严谨、心态开放、有责任心。
