## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责底层数据探源，明确统计逻辑，厘清数据颗粒度、口径及标准。
- 负责数据标准化，确保在各系统间对接及应用的稳定性。
- 规范管理数据标准在各业务条线的应用，提升数据准确性。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 计算机、信息科学、统计学、数学等相关专业，全日制研究生及以上。
- 熟悉大数据相关前沿科技知识，了解一定的保险或企业年金相关业务知识，至少精通EXCEL，熟悉R、Python、SPSS、SAS等数据分析工具中的一种。
- 熟练掌握数理统计、运筹学基础，最好具备数学建模能力，了解SQL数据库。
- 有极强的学习能力、创造能力、执行能力和抗压能力，能够快速了解新接触指标或场景，应用大数据方法出具兼顾可行性与建设性的规划方案。
