## Job description

岗位职责 负责商保寿险、产险、银行等内部渠道业务规划落地、渠道机构对接和业务推动及管理，创新和推动保险+产品和权益业务，赋能保险、金融主业和队伍销售。
- 负责寿险渠道代理人助销业务场景和经营；
- 负责产险渠道医健保险及权益经营推动；
- 负责银行渠道权益拓展、采购及服务升级；
- 负责机构商保外勤队伍建设及管理，提升推动和服务能力。 任职资格 1、具备医疗大健康项管经验，熟悉体检、线上问诊等业务形态； 2、过往有过与寿险、产险、银行等渠道的合作经验，熟悉综拓与模式。
