## Job description

岗位职责

### 内控体系搭建
- 负责牵头推动制定、修订和完善医院内部的资产内控制度、流程与规范，确保其符合国家法律法规、医疗行业特性及集团管理要求。

### 内控体系优化
- 定期对现有资产相关控制体系的健全性、合理性和有效性进行独立评估与测试，识别内部控制缺陷和风险点，并提出系统性改进方案。

### 固定资产管理
- 推动并监督执行涵盖医疗设备、行政资产、信息技术设备等全类别固定资产的管理制度。负责对资产的验收入库、领用调配、日常维护、盘点清查及报废处置等关键环节进行全流程监控。

### 监督执行
- 定期组织或监督各单位开展固定资产盘点工作，对盘盈、盘亏、毁损等情况进行监督管理。

### 资产设备监督
- 对大型设备使用率等资产使用情况进行监督。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，专业不限。 2.4-5年 及以上企业内控、内部审计、风险管理、财务审计或大型企业财务相关工作经验。 3.具备较强的流程梳理和体系构建能力，能独立完成制度的撰写与优化。 4.具备出色的资产管理和监督实操经验，对固定资产盘点、生命周期管理有深刻理解。
